Every hour there are thousands of projects published by many talented designers. But because those are shared across a collection of different social networks and sites, you often miss them.

That’s why I decided to put together this first edition of the Daily Design Inspiration. With this daily collection of poster examples, I want to give new designers a platform to show off their work.

To spread some inspiration to readers. To collect amazing design work on one platform. And to make it easy for anyone to create something beautiful.

In this edition of the Daily Design Inspiration, we are going to look at some creative poster examples from TwoAMShanti Sparrow DesignPop Chart Labs and a few from our own Venngage designers.

1. Illustrated Compendious Coffee Chart Poster

Creator: Pop Chart Labs

Type: Creative Flow Chart Poster Inspiration

Coffee fanatics are very specific about how they like their coffee, and what kind they drink. Seeing this creative poster design in a coffee shop would be enjoyable and appreciated by the crowd. It even gives them something to look at while they wait for their drinks. For newcomers such as myself, I would look to this creative poster design as informative to help make me a decision on what I want. The creative flow chart can serve different purposes for each crowd; I would say that’s a successful poster design, would you not?

All the icons and imagery are relevant to the topic of the creative poster design and add to the theme. In addition to coffee shops, it would fit right into a startup office as it can inspire the workforce in their daily routine and uplift the atmosphere.

2.  Black & White Transform Exhibition Poster

Creator: Shanti Sparrow Design

Type:  Creative Event Poster Inspiration

I’m sure we all enjoy optical illusions just as the next person, and this creative event poster pulls you in instantly. I feel as if I’m flipping through a book, and with some of the text having vertical alignment, I’m forced to take a deeper look to read it properly. No matter how busy the background setting, even from a distance you want to come closer to take a look. After being sucked into the poster, you can’t help but notice the yellow call out and read the information within. I think this creative event poster has a great sense of depth and presents information in effective stages.

The margin around the creative event poster helps frame the main component, and once the audience is close enough, you see further details. Think of the event you’re hosting, and select your color palette to reflect the theme.

3. The Best Of British Music Minimalistic Poster

Creator: 123Years

Type:  Minimalist Event Poster Inspiration

My personal favorite is when an illustration has more than one meaning, and everything leads to the message of the event poster design. Each color in this minimalistic design accurately represents the number of years in the heading; 1 is blue, 2 is white, and 3 is red. All together in the grander scheme, the numbers make the shape of an instrument, which directly relates to the British Music Theme.

Placing the event poster design in a setting with similar colors helps bring out the colors in the minimalistic design. Even when it’s placed in a more solid setting the poster still has its place and stands out.

The color used in the text on the left side also corresponds to the colors used in the illustration. The designer has done an excellent job to connect each element with one another for the greater picture.

4. Futuristic Black & White Poster Inspiration

Creator: Venngage

Type:  Creative Informational Poster Inspiration

The creative poster inspiration above is transporting the audience towards Europa. The glow around the circle shows it as the final destination in the journey, giving the look of a planet and making it more attractive for the audience.

The colors used in this creative poster inspiration are not ones you would typically associate with a utopia, as you would expect it to be full of more vibrant colors. However, the color palette does portray a futuristic feel, just as the designer intended.

Each different heading size leads the eye from one group of text to the next as well. The final line of text sparks interest in the audience, leaving them with mystery. This creative poster inspiration not only catches the eye but also leaves the audience wanting to come back for more.

5. Simple Play-Doh Product Posters

Creator: TwoAM

Type: Simple Product Poster Inspiration

In an age where kids are glued to electronics instead of playing physically, this simple product poster not only appeals to the parents but also the kids. The groups of text in each simple product poster are all common complaints that children have with their electronics.  In my opinion, the designer has done a great job in marketing their product through these designs. The simple icons, colors, and text make it easy to comprehend and appeals to various age groups.

6. Red Dutone Now Hiring Poster

Creator: Xavier Esclusa Trias

Type: Beautiful Now Hiring Poster Inspiration

The image of the flamingo in this creative poster template creates depth and volume to the design. At first glance you don’t notice the flamingo, but while reading the text you take a closer look and the illustration comes together. The contrasting colors make it easy to read and straight to the point.

Unlike other hiring posters, this doesn’t list the specific job available or even contact information for the company. The candidates have to take initiative and find the company on their own through the name provided. All along the same path that the designer has used a one of a kind job poster design to inspire the candidates to be creative.

7. Extremely Simple Blue Event Poster Inspiration

Creator: FontPair

Type: Minimalist Event Poster Inspiration

The white space in the minimalist event poster above places direct focus on the heading and the information. There is only one font style used and one main color, minimizing any distractions the reader may have; everything is straight to the point. Even the icons used to play well together with the heading, as various shapes can be used to create a design.

The bolding of the heading in the minimalist event poster helps distinguish the difference between a heading and supporting information. This poster requires minimal effort to be interpreted, and at times are the most effective, as that’s what some respond to best.

8. Dolphin Conservation Icon Collage Poster

Creator: Venngage

Type: Icon Informational Poster Inspiration

Each icon in this informational poster inspiration shows the audience what the theme is. These are very important issues that the marine life faces every day, and in such cases visualizing the message is the most effective.

If you list all the harmful things in the ocean through text, people wouldn’t even bother looking at the poster due to the amount of information. However, in this case, the illustration clearly shows how these objects are being ingested. Using images that appeal to the audience are the ones that inspire the most change.

The large white heading right under the dolphin clears any confusion the audience may have. The use of blue and white adds to the feel of the ocean and makes it more relatable for everyone.
