For example, a startup may issue a white paper to explain how they use AI in their technology, banks can use it to forecast economies and a pharmaceutical group may publish one to share their research findings about specific treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why format matters in a white paper?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In white papers, structure plays a key role since a well-organized paper conveys authority, builds trust and communicates expertise. A well-formatted white paper also shows clarity, keeps readers engaged and gives a professional impression. After all, a white paper is supposed to dissect and provide solutions to a problem, yes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, you can include the problem statement in the intro \u2014 intros explain what a white paper is about. This section is the perfect place to make a case for your white paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But of course, there&#8217;s no rigid format you should follow to a T. If this section is clear and specific, they can quickly see why the topic matters and decide whether to read on or share it with their team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This White Paper by Microsoft on the Future of Digital Marketing explains how digital marketing future will offer different opportunities and values for marketers and other people. It should be interesting (and informative) enough to hook the reader right away and keep them reading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As mentioned, the introduction also contains your problem statement. In other words, it should provide an overview of the problem you\u2019re trying to address.
