Each section is given its own paper size and color to break it into easily navigated chunks.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>28. There\u2019s not enough space! Even if your company is only a few years old, a lot can happen in that time.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s where a timeline infographic can help out. As you can see in the example above, they quickly laid out their product timeline on a single page. It\u2019s easy to read, well designed and fits in with the rest of the marketing brochure! <\/span>You could even use a&nbsp;QR Code Generator&nbsp;to&nbsp;incorporate a QR code and&nbsp;link to a more detailed version of your company&#8217;s history online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>30. It was probably the first thing you saw when you looked at it. And that\u2019s the point!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">33.&nbsp;<strong>Divide your brochure pages into sections using different background colors<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/venngage-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Blue-Modern-Business-Marketing-Brochure-Example.jpg\" alt=\"Blue Modern Business Marketing Brochure Example\" class=\"wp-image-25558\" width=\"600\" height=\"437\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/venngage.com\/blog\/infographic-design-the-dos-and-donts-of-color-selection\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using color to break up content<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;into multiple sections is a trick that we use in all of our design projects. Now when it comes time to start<a href=\"https:\/\/venngage.com\/blog\/brochure-ideas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;building your brochure<\/a>, I would definitely recommend taking the same approach.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this medical marketing brochure from&nbsp;James Fletcher,&nbsp;he uses two contrasting colors to show a section change. The reader should immediately be able to see that those are two different sections and the best way to achieve that\u2019s with distinct colors.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">34.&nbsp;<strong>Show off brands or clients that you work with as a form of social proof<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/venngage-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Multipage-Marketing-Brochure-Example.jpg\" alt=\"Multipage Marketing Brochure Example\" class=\"wp-image-25559\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On almost every website there\u2019s a dedicated section that outlines the clients or companies that specific brand works with. There\u2019s even a section like that on the&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/venngage.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Venngage<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;homepage, and I know we aren\u2019t alone.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I think these sections really help show off that the brand is working with the right companies or trusted brands, which usually puts the customer at ease. This type of social proof can be powerful when used in the right way.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can emulate that feeling on your marketing brochure as well, just like&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Helvetic Brands<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;did above with their client list. You\u2019re basically set if you can build a consistent, easy to follow brochure. Especially when you\u2019re trying to inform someone about your business or brand, like in the brochure example above about a trip to France.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019m guessing most people don&#8217;t know much about the cities they list. But because the design is consistent on each page, they can learn about them in a few seconds. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">36.&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;Use icons to draw attention to section headers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"800\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/venngage-wordpress.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Minimalist-Business-Marketing-Brochure-Template-1.jpg\" alt=\"Minimalist Business Marketing Brochure Template\" class=\"wp-image-25562\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Icons are perfect for any kind of brochure, mainly because they stand out exceptionally well in a sea of written content. There\u2019s no way you are going to miss a well-placed icon on a text-heavy brochure, like in the example above.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this marketing brochure example from&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rabbixel&nbsp;Studio<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;they use a simple icon to draw your eye to each section or point. I actually have started calling icons like this anchors because they give the text a place to hold onto.
